Ordering online can be a huge time saver for some, but with extra precautions being taken by USPS some packages may not be arriving on time.
While we would love to be able to personally track down each package, we understand that a sense of urgency around a missing package needs a quick response time. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your local USPS for updates regarding your package.
Follow the steps below to track a package:
1. Make sure that you have your order date and tracking number available. All orders placed online through our website are confirmed with an automated email containing your tracking information, once your shipping label has been printed. If you did not receive this email, please check your SPAM. If you have your tracking number you can click here to track your package yourself. If you use the above link, and there is a hold up with your package, follow steps 2-4
2. Find the local post office closest to you by visiting here and entering your zip code.
3. Once a zip code has been entered, click the post office closest to you to find detailed information such as their phone number, address, and hours of operation.
4. Once you have this information, call or visit your local USPS branch, and let them know you would like to track a package. They will ask for the tracking number provided, so be sure to have this on hand.
We apologize for any inconvenience a delay in shipping may cause. Unfortunately, once packages leave our facility it is out of our control how long those packages take to arrive at their final destination. However, if you feel as though USPS has not provided you with an acceptable answer as to where your package is, please feel free to give us a call (810)701-0888. Please understand that although we will do as much as we can to help with any issues regarding your package, we do have other priorities that may cause follow up calls with USPS to be postponed.
